Off to a rough start

Yesterday was odd... I had low energy and felt like in rush with everything I planned for the day. I did half of the workout which I mentioned in the previous post. And I woke up randomly at 3:30AM and couldn't fall asleep until like 6AM then finally woke up around 8:30. I also woke up with just a lot of insecurities about my weight-gain--more so with how difficult it has been to lose it because of IUD. It is a blessing to have a husband who's just so unconditionally loving and in love with who I am rather than my beauty. But also I had to just really snap out of the funk and remind myself that this is NOT why I started working out or signed up for the challenge. I admittedly slacked off yesterday but luckily I have active rest day today. So what now?

I went to YouTube and created a workout playlist for lower body, abs and arms. Well, it started with Tik Tok dance for like 15 minutes, LOL. No shame. It was fun and warmed me up for sure. 

I used the resistance bands I got yesterday for the thigh workout. I need to get more used to it. 

Anyway, what started off as a rough day ended up pretty successful. It's funny because I tend to study so much better and longer after a good workout.
