Day 4 - Active Rest Day (but not really)
Ok, I am loving this. My husband notices the difference and when I got out of bed this morning, he hollered “let me see that tight body!” I’ve only done 3 days of Chloe Ting 2020 Summer Shred, been drinking pumpkin extract twice a day, taking vitamins and biotin, drinking over 2L of water and eating whatever I want. LITERALLY WHATEVER I WANT— I ate bread this morning with jelly, had amazing Panang Curry from the finest of San Diego, Bhan Thai and snacked a bunch. And still my body is already reacting. It feels great.
So Day 4 is Active Rest Day. But I felt anxious and guilty for not working out so I did a simple cardio workout from Thank You BuBu on YouTube. Honestly I don’t know why we need to go to the gym anymore. Well, maybe Pilates/Bikram Yoga is something I’d actually leave my house for and actually spend money for. Anyway, hopefully workout today doesn’t mess up Chloe’s challenge.
Otherwise, a day well-spent with the love of my life.
