Journey with Body Image

Let's talk about weight journey.

I swear, everything in my life can be going so awesome but if I gained weight and don't like the way I look, I can feel like the whole life is ruined. Although being with an amazing and unconditionally loving husband helps a ton, I really would like to overcome this huge mountain called, body image/self-love/weight journey that seems to have intimidated and defeated me for the past 30 years.

After watching the game changers, I am determined to start plant-based diet. Not because I want to lose weight but I want to make it a lifestyle so that my organs are healthy and enjoy life to the full.

I have definitely eaten and drank as much as I wanted and I think it's about time I take control of the relationship.

What are some doable daily habits I can make?

1. go to bed at the latest 11pm.
2. wake up at 6am.
3. pray/meditate
4. drink 500ml of water
5. go on a ~45 minute walk
6. have the first meal at noon
7. plant-based diet
8. stop eating after 6pm
9. drink > 2L of water
10. stretch before and after bed

Let's see how I stick to it.
